Use any courier of your choice—but only after our support team confirms the return. Include the original invoice or your order confirmation email.
Once your return is processed, we’ll send you an email confirmation. Returns may take up to 10 days to reach us and be reviewed.
Print your order confirmation email or access your order details via your Trendlist account.
At the moment, we don’t support direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.
