We do our best to keep our online inventory accurate, but occasionally there may be a stock discrepancy. If an item you’ve ordered is unavailable, we’ll ship the available items and get in touch to ask if you’d prefer a refund or to wait for restocking.
Free Shipping on orders over ₹299 within India.
For orders under ₹299, a small shipping fee may apply, calculated at checkout.
Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional handling fee.
Orders are typically dispatched within 7 business days.
Domestic delivery takes about 4–7 days, depending on your location.
No international shipping is currently available.
Delivery timelines may be affected by local conditions such as weather or logistical delays.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
At Trendlist, we want you to love what you ordered. Here’s how returns and replacements work:

Not eligible for return or refund unless there’s a manufacturing defect.
Print quality depends on the resolution of the uploaded image—we do not guarantee HD prints on low-res files.
COD orders cannot be refunded. If there’s a manufacturing defect, we’ll happily replace the product.
Trendlist reserves the right to evaluate and decide if an order qualifies for a refund or replacement.
You can request a change before your order is shipped by contacting us at support@trendlist.in.
If your package arrives damaged, notify us immediately at support@trendlist.in. We’ll review the situation and take appropriate action.
If your package is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, contact us and we’ll investigate.
If your order couldn’t be delivered and was returned to us:
We’ll re-ship it once it arrives back at our facility.
You may update your address at this time.
Refund eligibility will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
We do not ship to P.O. box addresses if our delivery partners don’t service those locations.
All COD orders are reconfirmed via SMS or automated call. If you need to cancel at this stage, just let us know.
You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it—no questions asked. After that, if your order has already been processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
All prices listed on the site are inclusive of applicable taxes. If any additional fees or duties apply, they’ll be shown at checkout.
