Shipping & Return Policy
At Trendlist, we want to make sure your shopping experience is smooth, transparent, and reliable. When you place an order with us at Trendlist.in (the “Site”), you’re agreeing to the terms outlined below. These policies help set expectations and protect both of us.
1). General Information
We do our best to keep our online inventory accurate, but occasionally there may be a stock discrepancy. If an item you’ve ordered is unavailable, we’ll ship the available items and get in touch to ask if you’d prefer a refund or to wait for restocking.
2).Shipping Details
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order.
- All Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders include a ₹69 handling charge.
Delivery Timelines
- Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days.
- Domestic delivery takes about 5–8 days, depending on your location.
- No international shipping is currently available.
- Delivery timelines may be affected by local conditions such as weather or logistical delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
3). Returns & Replacements
At Trendlist, we want you to love what you ordered. Here’s how returns and replacements work:
Eligible for Replacement
- Damaged or defective items
- Incorrect product received
- Refund time 4 – 7 days ( after Eligible for Return)
Email us at support@trendlist.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
Not Eligible for Return/Replacement
- Products that are used or damaged by the customer
- Minor color differences due to screen display
- Wrong product ordered by the customer
- Items reported after 48 hours of delivery
Custom Products
- Not eligible for return or refund unless there’s a manufacturing defect.
- Print quality depends on the resolution of the uploaded image—we do not guarantee HD prints on low-res files.
For COD Orders
- COD orders cannot be refunded. If there’s a manufacturing defect, we’ll happily replace the product.
- If a customer refuses to accept delivery for a COD or partial COD order, that order will not be eligible for a refund.
Trendlist reserves the right to evaluate and decide if an order qualifies for a refund or replacement.
4). Delivery Issues
Change of Address
You can request a change before your order is shipped by contacting us at support@trendlist.in
Damaged Package
If your package arrives damaged, notify us immediately at support@trendlist.in. We’ll review the situation and take appropriate action.
Delivery Delays
If your package is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, contact us and we’ll investigate.
Return to Origin (RTO)
If your order couldn’t be delivered and was returned to us:
- We’ll re-ship it once it arrives back at our facility.
- You may update your address at this time.
- Refund eligibility will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
P.O. Box Addresses
We do not ship to P.O. box addresses if our delivery partners don’t service those locations.
COD Order Confirmation
All COD orders are reconfirmed via SMS or automated call. If you need to cancel at this stage, just let us know.
5). Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it—no questions asked. After that, if your order has already been processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
6). Duties & Taxes
All prices listed on the site are inclusive of applicable taxes. If any additional fees or duties apply, they’ll be shown at checkout.
